Due to extreme temperatures during summer months, shipping methods will change for chocolate orders only beginning April 15 continuing until November 15, when they will return to winter shipping. This change will affect only the orders containing chocolate.
1. Chocolate orders will only be shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs.
2. All shipping will be UPS overnight with signature required.
3. Insurance will be required to guarantee product.
4. Shipping chocolate will be Monday – Wednesday only.

We do everything we can to help ensure the products arrive in good conditions, however due to circumstances outside of our control, our chocolate products are not eligible for refunds.
